Kelvin recently led the redesign of Wacom's North American website. His work was outstanding, helping evolve our corporate look and feel and set a new precedent for our online customer experience. Since our launch, we've had outstanding feedback from our customers on the design, the improved navigability, and the ease-of-use of the site. Web reporting is showing that our customers are clicking on more pages, staying longer on the site, and more frequently clicking through to our eStore.

In 1989, Wacom revolutionized the nature of digital creativity when it introduced the world's first cordless, battery-free, pressure-sensitive pen. Wacom pen tablets are now owned by millions of photographers, designers, artists, and other professionals worldwide.

With a growing online and product line, a site redesign was needed. We focused primarily on product information accessibility and cross selling among different sections. A four tier navigation system was created to compromise between usability, site development and administration. The new site was launched successfully in a 3-month schedule. Great compliments have been received from both Wacom and users.
